Terms of service

Your files and keys

• You are responsible for safeguarding manually exported .privalift files and copied Recovery Keys.
• Privalift cannot recover encrypted backups without the Recovery Key.

Backups and restore

• Backup creation depends on an active entitlement and network availability.
• Restore replaces the current local database; create a safety export first.

Health information

• Health and fitness information is provided for tracking purposes and is not medical advice.

Still in review

Billing, cancellation, refund, governing-law, age, and liability terms will be added after legal review, before Privalift launches.
